My place is close to Public transport, 3 miles to the city centre, parks, and art and culture, close links to m1 motorway, east midlands airport 20 mins drive from property, Birmingham International airport 45 mins . This is a two bed bungalow with one double and one twin room. There is plenty of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, business travellers/commuters and families (with kids). a fully equipped travel cot is available if needed, complete with bed linen.

There is one designated secure car parking space for your use, which is to the right hand side of the property door. If you require more parking please let me know.. Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.

Very spacious warm & cosy cottage with a lovely veiw to open field. There is 10 acres of land & we are dog friendly. The land is secure. We have the equipment to set up a paddock if you are travelling with horse & need a break.
