Haveli jalpur wurde 1799 erbaut und hat eine historische Bedeutung, seit Sultana daku, über die Jim Corbett am 14. Dezember 1923 ein Kapitel in seinem Buch „My India“ geschrieben hat, mit dem Titel Sultana - Indiens Robinhood, in dem er seine letzte Dekoität in diesem Haveli im 20. Mai 1922 aufführte. Er wurde am 14. Dezember 1923 von Freddy Young am Leben erwischt. Das Tor trägt immer noch Äxte und Kugelmarken. Es ist 40 km vom Haridwar ,Rajaji Tiger Reserve entfernt und der nächste Bahnhof ist Najibabad, der 15 km vom nächsten Flughafen Jolly Grant entfernt ist.

House is situated on main road so called "Devi Road", Kotdwar is famous for its several temples like the Siddhbali temple which is located at a distance of 2 kms from my house. The Durga Devi temple is also located at a distance of 13 kms from my house and is one of the most popular temples of the region. Also place to visit Jim Corbett National Park, Kanvashram, the entrace point of the famous hill station Lansdown etc. My place is also well connected to the railway station.
