This cute little house is an excellent home base for all your adventures, or for a peaceful and quiet getaway.

The cottage is a totally renovated house containing a living room, dining room, 1st floor bathroom, large fully outfitted kitchen with gas cooking, and a loft bedroom. Modern heating and A/C. An additional queen size bed can be set up downstairs, if needed. Must be requested in advance to allow for set up. Also a washer/dryer.

You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.
