Kent Cottage

Kent Cottage is a detached two bedroomed cottage in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, close to Dartmouth and just a 15-20 minutes walk from the award winning beach ‘Blackpool Sands’. The cottage is suitable for couples, single travellers, or small families with a child (over 2 yrs). There is a small courtyard garden, and garaged parking. Stoke Fleming is located on the SW Coast Path, and is an ideal base from which to explore South Hams - designated ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Wren Cottage, Brixham

Wren Cottage is a charming, cosy 2 bedroom cottage. Set down a private track with free parking it is far enough away to be quiet but also only a 7 minute walk (0.3miles) into town. Wren Cottage is suitable for sunny days exploring the area and with its superb log burner cosy nights in. There is a local pub only a few minutes walk which also serves food. Please note the parking space/gravel track will need to be reversed out off but there is normally parking on the hill behind the cottage.

Royal Dart Yacht Club Cottage, Kingswear-Dartmouth

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

The Bolthole is a small cosy open plan studio with garden. Compact but carefully thought through for a comfortable stay. Set in the heart of Kingswear down from street level & opposite our other rental property it is opposite the creek & River Dart which are possible to see from the garden. A few mins walk to the passenger & car ferries for the short trip to Dartmouth. Perfect for the coastal path. Street parking is free a few minutes walk from the property & paid parking is in the marina.

Shrimp Cottage is a tastefully refurbished Grade II Listed Fisherman’s cottage in Brixham’s famed ‘Fish Town’. Designed to provide a distinctive and comfortable space for couples. Tucked back just 150 metres from the wonderful hustle and bustle of the harbour, in the beautiful conservation area, and just a 2 minute walk to the quayside and southwest coastal path. Superb location to explore all that Brixham has to offer, yet well appointed and romantic to lure you back to relax and just be.

Berry Head Farm Cottage

Beautiful self contained cottage in the heart of Berry Head Nature Reserve, with a stunning half acre walled garden, beautiful views & 2 mins walk to the woods to access the South West Coast Path. Just a mile walk into Brixham harbour, with its blue flag beach, fabulous restaurants & historic fish market. The cottage has its own gate entrance for extra privacy and has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately no dogs allowed as we have guinea fowl roaming.

A lovely quaint 300 year old cottage in the small village of Combeinteignhead Strong cleaning protocol. A beautiful appointed kitchen/diner with low beamed ceiling.Lounge has original oak beams and wood stove. Bedroom with 4 poster bed and one double bedroom Bed settee in the living room. Shower and claw foot bath. Private parking is available directly outside the cottage. The courtyard at the back has furniture for outside dining. Two well behaved dogs allowed with prior agreement.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
