This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

The Kingswood Tas - cosy beachside apartment

Our thoughtfully renovated little 1970’s apartment is literally just a stone’s throw from the beach and 3 minute drive to Kingston amenities. Smell the fresh, salt air and the eucalypt trees, taste the coffee and food at the local cafes & restaurants (only 2 minutes walk!), and enjoy putting your feet up to relax at The Kingswood. There are many nearby adventures to be had with the Huon Valley just 20 minutes drive away and Hobart CBD 12 minutes, but you'll probably just want to enjoy the beach!

Black Swan Cottage provides a unique opportunity for people who wish to experience living in Tasmania in such a beautiful location that Kingston Beach has to offer. The cottage is set on the riverbanks of Browns River with a very sunny aspect overlooking the Kingston Beach Golf Course with beautiful views of Mount Wellington. Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Relaxing couples getaway in a coastal village, with 12 elevated acres with views of the river & lake, at Half-moon Bay, South Arm. Few minutes walk to the beach & fishing spots. Car recommended. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

Cozy Holiday Home close to Beaches,CBD 80

A lovely 2 bedrooms Holiday House, just 1 mins driving distance to "Kingston Beach", and 3 mins to "Blackmans Bay Beach". Also recomended a secret small beach "Boronia Beach" just next street entre, only for walk acess. We are 15 minutes driving from Hobart City Centre, also we are the central base to all the toursim attractions like Bruny Island, Tahune Airwalk, Huon Trail, Salamanca Place, the Main Wharf, Mona Art Musum, Port Arthur and other good spots.

The studio is attached to the host's home and although you will have complete privacy, we are on site if you need anything during your stay. Parking is available on site.
