Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. 2B/1B 1000 square foot condo, upstairs bedroom is a loft. Deck with hot tub overlooks the valley. Gas grill on deck. Bathroom has been totally renovated with steam shower and heated floor. Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Maximum of 2 cars per stay, there is very limited parking. I also have supplied placards to be placed in your car during your stay. VHRP number 16-934

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene studio located on a quiet cul de sac with breath taking views. Private Studio apartment with private outside entrance located within walking distance of the Tahoe Rim Trail, open wilderness and Heavenly Resort. The unit is furnished with a queen bed, full kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower, wifi, smart tv with casting only, and a full wrap around private deck. Lake Tahoe/beaches are 15 minutes away. No smoking or pets allowed.

Spend the evening cooking up dinner in the well equipped kitchen or relaxing and playing board games in the living room around the gas fireplace. Experience Lake Tahoe living at it's finest!
