Located within walking distance of the delightful market town of Kingsbridge, the Annex at Ashleigh House is a quiet comfortable space with everything you need for a relaxing break. With gorgeous walks straight from the Annex and stunning beaches and countryside just a short drive away, it's the perfect base for your South Devon holiday. Kingsbridge has plenty of fabulous independent shops to explore, along with the essentials, while larger towns such as Dartmouth are just a short drive away.

Self-contained converted barn

Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

A unique very light airy studio flat with beds to accommodate 5 people(family or couple). Well located/great access to local beaches, 14 min drive to Salcombe, Bantham, Bigbury, Hope Cove, 25min toTotnes/rail to London. Wifi, TV, DVD. Peaceful & calm. The double mezzanine bed is up a steep ladder and has very restricted head height so requires some agility. The two single bed pods are comfortable. The lower bed pod; suitable for a child/teen has restricted head height. It has free street parking

Close by to Salcombe this newly converted, contemporary annexe is part of West Cliff House occupying a peaceful location 15 minutes along a small track leading to the magical beach of Soar Mill Cove. Set in AONB National Trust land with direct access to the coast path offering spectacular walks to Salcombe with its sandy beaches, pubs and restaurants and over Bolberry Down to, South Milton Sands and on to Bantham. Large sun deck that looks over beautiful gardens and countryside, free parking.

From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
