Originally built in the 13th century, Jinks Cottage was home to the village cobbler (called Jinks), his wife and six children. Now carefully restored, it provides a spacious country retreat for four, plus your four-legged friends, as we’re very dog friendly!

On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Guests have use of a small patio area at front. Off road parking. The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

New Listing for 2020. The Parlour is a stone built 19th converted milking parlour on the site of a 150 acre working sheep farm, on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Grosmont in Monmouthshire. The village is where you will find the local pub, village shop and the ruined Norman castle. Monmouth and Ross-On-Wye are both 10 miles away, Abergavenny and Hereford are 14 miles away. Its Rural location make it great for walkers as we are close to the Three Castle's Walk.

A self-contained annexe adds privacy, with bathroom, shower room, and an upstairs living space with kitchen. Plus a cosy games shed with pool table and fussball game.

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
