Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

You will find yourself in a property which backs onto a nature reserve, home to lots of birds, kangaroos, and the occasional echidna. Enjoy the spacious backyard including a great fire pit! Enjoy being across the road from Kendall's Beach in the charming coastal township of Kiama. Kendall's Beach Cottage is a modern, fully equipped home - perfect for a family getaway! The premises is fully fenced and pet friendly. **Edit: Please note that the bedding configuration in the second bedroom has recently been changed. Instead of 4 single bunk beds, it is now a double bed with a single on top and a trundle underneath. The property still sleeps 6 people.
