The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.

Palm View is a 1 bedroom unit. with a private entry. You have your own bathroom, open plan, kitchen, and dining. It comes with ducted air con and ceiling fans. The sliding door leads out onto the private courtyard with outdoor furniture. The magnesium mineral pool feels silky and smooth on your skin and can help ease your aches and pains, a great way to relax and unwind. The pool is a shared space. There is also another outdoor area next to the pool to relax or have a barbeque.

The villa doesn't have wheelchair access and is not recommended for guests with mobility issues due to steps. A porter service can provide luggage assistance. The open design features 5 bedrooms, upstairs kitchen, bathrooms upstairs and down, expansive lower deck area with lBBQ and large dining table, verandah, balcony, french doors, TV, and solar power. The maximum number of guests is strictly 12. Guests are expected to leave the home tidy on departure and take rubbish to the tip.
