It is a short walk or drive to one of our many swinging bridges, the Clay County Historical Society, and a number of restaurants, stores, and churches. A five minute drive can have you to the Federal Correctional Institute, AdventHealth Manchester Hospital, or Beech Creek Campground and Lake.

Feel free to take a stroll around the property, and in the evening make a fire and roast marshmallows. This location is just over 11 miles off of I75. Close attractions include Cumberland Falls, Levi Jackson, Pine Mountain, Colonel Sanders Museum, Laurel Lake and more. This is a former paylake and no longer used for fishing except when private events have booked the entire property.
