We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! There is an attached but separate wing that is another listing. Two bedrooms upstairs, a large living room, loo & kitchen downstairs. no checkout chores.

This is a clean, family friendly ranch house within walking distance to the river, historical town, rodeo grounds and the bike track. The river is so close you can hear the running water. Enjoy the backyard Adirondack chairs (with a propane fire pit/table) to start your day or to 'wine' down and enjoy the river sounds.
