Tiny Spaces are all the rave; Here's a chance to try one. In the heart of Louisville's historic Schnitzelburg, an up and coming area full of neat shotgun cottages, whitewashed, and many historic Louisville pubs. It's only 3.5 miles from downtown and approx. 2 from Churchill Downs. It has a full kitchen, bath, in-unit washer/dryer, and sleeping space for 3 adults. This apartment is sure to meet every vacation need. The comfort-tested mattresses are both new with 1.5 - 2in. memory foam toppers.

This is an Apartment /Mother in law suite that is connected to my home. You have a separate Front and Back door. One bedroom, Full kitchen, queen bed, and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Driveway Parking. Backyard and Sun porch are shared spaces that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and the backyard is fully fenced in. The pool is closed, will reopen Early April. Laundry and Ev Charger can be used upon request for a fee.

Beautiful home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Ashland (3 miles) and I-64 (5 miles). This is a full size newly remodeled basement with it's own outside entrance. Great host and great setting. Access to the beautiful back yard, kids gym, gazebo, grill and covered patio. The basement has large windows in the bedrooms and queen beds. Located 8 minutes from King’s Daughters Hospital and 30 minutes from Huntington, WV hospitals. Long term travel workers welcome.

Creekside Adventures

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our guest suite is very spacious and open. Many of our guest have let us know how inviting and relaxing it is to stay in. We also have a creek where our children use to play when they were little. Kids can easily play in it when the weather is nice but please be careful on the walls and stones. We also have a pool area that is available for swimming during late May through early September. We do not allow pets. No Parties

The Artist's Tranquil Nest & Studio

Nestled near Central Kentucky Wildlife Reserve, The Nest offers an entire upper floor for one price with two private rooms: Chickadee’s Nest (queen) & Sparrow's Nest (king and trundle), a Gathering room with a sleeper sofa, Paris Coffee Room, bird bath (bathroom), bird perch (deck), wifi, monitor/cable in each room. Art classes are offered upon request by children's book author/illustrator, Lori McKeel, for an additional fee. Separate entrance and plenty of privacy and parking.

Page's Legacy: Spring Getaway at the Lake

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Bellevue offers the simple pleasures of a small town (shops, restaurants, both beer and bourbon brewery) with the convenience of Cincinnati in walking distance: 2 miles to Great American Ball Park, a bit more to PayCor and TQL Stadiums, Cincy concert and OTR. 1 mile to Newport Levee, Aquarium and the new concert venue. Six miles to Riverbend. And there's a backyard city view.
