Built in 2014 by a local builder using Kingspan insulation panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests and holiday makers. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Easy commute to Armidale.
