Charming home centrally located in the Westbrae Berkeley neighborhood with local restaurant favorites, natural food markets, cafes and Solano Avenue all within walking distance. Easy access to local transit, freeway and conveniently located across from Ohlone bike trail & BART connecting much of the East Bay as well as a large open grass area featuring a ring of Redwoods and Codornices creek to explore. Your host family lives next door and will help you with anything you need during your stay.

Rock Roulade Cocoon

Your own space/ no shared rooms, easy access ground floor and convenient location. This unique place has a fresh style all its own. Formally a secret famous recording studio for pop-rock bands, it was known as “The Hearst”. World famous records by the Killers were made here, “Hot fuss” and “Sawdust”. The first room, (now bedroom) was the control room with recording equipment and the second room (now tub room) was where the musicians played. Welcome pets for a fee if $35/per pet -per night.

You’ll enjoy huge windows overlooking the SF Bay, lots of natural light, a new queen bed, lounge area, bluetooth speaker & kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea station. A large monitor and standing desk makes it easy to work or stream movies using our gigabit Wi-Fi. Easy parking and bus access.

You can retreat from the busyness of everyday life and, within a few minutes walk, step back into the bustle of North Berkeley's Gourmet Ghetto. We pay a 14% Transient Occupancy Tax to the City of Berkeley, registered under license# ZcSTR2017 number 76, which is included in the list price.

Cozy Home + Garden in the Hills

Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
