Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

The Tallet, Self-Contained Country Annex

The Tallet is perfect for couples, nestled away within the quiet village of Ampney Crucis on the outskirts of Cirencester, a busy little market town at the heart of the Cotswolds. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

This listing is for The Garden Room, a self contained, no smoking double room with ensuite shower. Situated in the back garden of the owners home, with access via the side gate of our house. Only 10 minute walk from the train station. Private parking, ev charge possible( fee applies). Inside, there is a small double sofa bed (120 x 190cm.
