Innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man Supermaerkte und Kendal Bahnhof wo man direkt Zuegen nach Manchester Airport und Windermere findet. Die Stadtmitte ist 15 Minuten zu Fuss, wo man reichlich Geschaefte, Cafes und Restauranten finden kann.

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Located a 25 minute’s walk from Oxenholme Train Station and a 20 minute’s walk to Kendal town centre . The Snug is 15 minutes walk from the Brewery Arts Centre and right opposite Kendal Leisure Centre where lots of events are held. A short distance away from a variety of pubs and cafes . Kendal is 9 miles from Windermere which makes it a great base for exploring The Lake District.

The Mount is a newly refurbished stylish apartment that is part of No 10 Mount Pleasant, a former private girls finishing school. Mount Pleasant and The Mount building is over 200 years old. Situated in Kendal town centre (there's a two minute walk down the hill into town) the Mount is surrounded by local greens and parkland and to the west of the building boasts a beautiful golf course, fell and woodland for keen walkers.
