There is a lovely private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing. We have solar backup so generally have no load shedding issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway!

Water backup and solar so no load shedding , situated close to Sandton in a quiet suburb, the cottage has its own entrance, a private garden, off street parking with its own bathroom, living area and a well equipped kitchen, it also includes a scullery containing a washing machine and additional sink and storage space. We have recently installed solar panels and battery-backup to cope with the loadshedding as well as a large water storage tank for water outages Snug cozy contained room has a double bed, kitchenette with two gas plates and bathroom with a shower. It's not the biggest space (23,5 square metres) but has almost everything you need for a stay in one of Johannesburg's beautiful old tree-lined suburbs. The area is safe and close to the train.

Our cottage is located in Northcliff, JHB. The central location makes for easy access wherever you want to go- with Uber always only a few minutes away. There is a double room with en-suite bathroom, lounge and self catering kitchen with doors that lead into a private garden. Guests have their own private access and parking onsite. We have solar panels with a backup battery, so load shedding will not affect your stay.
