New extensively renovated beautiful home from home 3 bedroomed house in the beautiful, friendly village of Keills. Approximately 1 mile from PORT ASKAIG ferry terminal where you can also get the ferry to Jura, five minute crossing. Free parking available outside of house, back and front garden with outside seating available, swing park and playing field’s on doorstep. There are 3 Distillery’s nearby Bunnahabhain, Coal Ilà and Ardnahoe with a further six distillery’s throughout the Island.

Pier House

Pier House is beautifully located with stunning views. A huge lounge with Juliette balcony. The house is presented over 2 floors with the living room on the upper floor to maximise the exceptional vista. The house has all modern facilities and comes well equipped and presented. There are 4 bedrooms, a main bathroom, a separate wc and the master bedroom is complete with its own en-suite and shower. The property is on the edge of the beach and next to the pier, utterly perfectly located.

The Black House, Islay

The Black House is a unique property situated between Bruichladdich and Port Charlotte on the island of Islay. We use the house for High School to save commuting from Jura every day so don’t expect a pristine holiday let but rather a loved family space. There are 2 double beds and 2 bunk bedrooms (if you’re a party of single adults then 4 is the maximum number). Views are stunning and Islay’s great for whisky, wildlife or just rest and relaxation. Tangy Lodge, Relaxing Coastal Home, Amazing View

Tangy Lodge is located right by the coast, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind for the whole family. Just a 10 minute drive from Campbeltown and 1 mile away from Westport beach (famous for its fantastic surfing), the area is known for its traditional whisky distilleries, outstanding scenery and the classic song "Mull of Kintyre". The lodge is also ideal for a golfing getaway, with 5 courses nearby and Machrihanish being known for having the best opening hole in the world.

Gartartan Port Ellen Modern home with sea views

Gartartan provides stylish and contemporary accommodation with stunning sea views towards Kilnaughton Bay, Port Ellen (within 1 km) and beyond to Kintyre. Distilleries nearby. Gartartan is spacious with efficient underfloor heating and insulation. The open-plan living area has an abundance of light, wooden flooring throughout and a modern wood-burning stove. With four double bedrooms and three bathrooms Gartartan can accommodate six adults comfortably. Enclosed garden/ parking.

Portbahn House, near Bruichladdich Distillery

Portbahn was our family home before moving to Jura, and we hope you'll find it as welcoming as we did. This modern waterfront house sits right on Islay's scenic coastal route with stunning loch views. Sleeps 8 across 3 ground-floor bedrooms—perfect for families. Large enclosed garden with trampoline and swings. Walk to Bruichladdich Distillery (10 mins), beaches, and coastal paths. Underfloor heating and wood-burner make it cosy year-round. Dogs welcome. Your island home awaits!

The Wee House

The Wee House is a one bedroom seafront cottage looking onto Port Ellen. Sleeping up to 4 guests with a sofa bed (full size double) in the living room. Listing price is for 2 guests sharing the bedroom. If the sofa bed is required for bookings of 2 guests please let us know as there is an extra charge (£10 per night). The cottage is within walking distance of local shops, pubs and restaurants and near to the distillery path taking you to Laphroaig, Lagavulin and Ardbeg.

Persabus Farm Cottage, Port Askaig

Persabus is the gateway to the north Islay distilleries. Persabus Cottage is situated within walking distance of Ardnahoe, Caol ila and Bunnahabhain Distilleries, on a working hill farm. It is close to the bus stop for accessing the South Islay distilleries. With beautiful views of the Sound of Islay and the Paps of Jura. Persabus Cottage was the original farmhouse and has a large farmhouse kitchen, private garden, an open fire as well as oil CH.

Whether you’re looking for a family break, a whisky enthusiast on the trail or a keen cyclist looking to explore the island, No7 Lagavulin is the perfect base for your Islay adventure. This traditional 3 bed ground floor distillery cottage features two double bedrooms and bunk bedroom (Sleeps 6) with separate living room, kitchen and main shower room. To the back of No7, you’ll find a good sized garden with views down to Lagavulin Bay.

The Cottage, which has free internet broadband, has an open plan kitchen/living area and is newly modernised with some classic features such as the multi fuel burning stove, vintage cast iron radiators and rope banister. Looking through the patio doors you get a view of Loch Indaal where you can witness most beautiful warm glowing sunsets in the evening.
