Σε απόσταση αναπνοής μόλις 2 χλμ βρίσκεται το κοσμοπολίτικο Βουρκάρι στο οποίο μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το γεύμα ή το ποτό σας δίπλα στην θάλασσα. The house is close enough to have easy access to taverns, golden sandy beach, kiosk, sport courts and children playground, and far enough to be completely and utterly private. You can watch busy summer life from a close distance or turn to the other edge of the house, away from any gaze.

Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea.
