Villa Blaise ist ein geräumiges Haus mit Erdgeschoss und 1. Stock mit einer Gesamtwohnfläche von 200 m2. Beautiful house with huge green surrounding and private swimming pool (8x4m) is located in a tiny picturesque village called Bulići. Location in the inland Istria makes this property a nice choice for relaxing and peaceful holiday. Outside activities on the spacious private property include various sports, children playground or just swimming and laying by the pool. Evenings under the open air with tasteful BBQ dinner will be a nice closure of the long summer day.

L'appartamento si trova a 1200 metri dalla spiaggia ed a 500m dal villaggio Beli. Subito sotto la casa si trova il Pansion Tramontana (ristorante). Abbiamo il parcheggio apposito per i nostri ospiti. In spiaggia si puo andare a piedi (10 minuti) o in macchina. Avete a disposizione 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 divano letto in cucina (completamente fornita di tutto l'essenziale), loggia con vista mare, bagnio e TV.

Outside features a deck with BBQ and lounge area, private yard with swing, and a private heated pool (7x3 m, built 2023) with sunbeds. The pool is heated for added comfort, up to 26°C.
