Peradeniya Botanical Gardens-5km Another must visit- Largest botanical gardens in Sri and rated one of the best in Asia Embekke- 15km An ancient temple visited by many for its superb wooden architectural structure and carvings. Our mother envisioned a hotel that offers warm hospitality, delicious food, and an authentic Kandyan lifestyle. And Kandé was the result. Square Peg (Vista 2)

The Square Peg is a quirky hotel with breathtaking views of the entire city of Kandy including the historic Temple of the tooth, the Kandy lake, the old Bogambara prison and the Hanthana mountain range. Located halfway up the legendary Bahirawakanda hill it is within a 4 minute drive from the Kandy Railway station (1.1km) 10 minutes by foot. 1Km to the Temple of the tooth and the Kandy lake.
