Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Parkplatzmit insgesamt Platz für 1 Auto, befinden sich direkt auf dem Grundstück.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Die 120 m2 große Wohnung zu vermieten in einem modern ausgestatteten Haus in der kleinen und ruhigen Stadt Labinci in der Nähe von Poreč (10 km). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses mit direktem Zugang zum Garten. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Haus im Obergeschoss, nutzen jedoch keine der Garteneinrichtungen und alle Einrichtungen wie der saisonale Pool, Grill, Tischfußball, Darts, die Sonnenterrasse und der Ruhebereich stehen ausschließlich den Gästen zur Verfügung.

he house consist of two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor is connected with the ground floor by wooden stairs. On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, electric stove and coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa and modern TV. A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor.
