This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Holiday house Silvana is located in Kastel Sucurac, overlooking Kastela bay. This cozy family managed house was built in 2022 and has a private heated pool. House has two bedrooms with double bed, each having own toilet; and possibility for one extra person to sleep on couch in living room. Bed linen, 3 size set of normal and beach towels are included in the price, as well as consumption costs. The outdoor pool is open from the beginning of May till early October.
