This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). All together there are six bedrooms, four bathrooms and two sofas. In front of the house there is a wonderful warm pool, deck chairs, a sofa set for romantic evenings, and a barbecue. Distances: 2km to the center, restaurants with Dalmatian delicacies, coffee bars, promenades, markets. 3 km to Airport, 8km to Trogir and 18km to Split city.
