This lovely located studio apartment with beautiful sea view is perfect for 2 people, but it can accommodate 4 as well! It is located next to the hotel Radisson inn, only 200 m from the beach (5 min walking), 3 km from the center ( 5-10 min.by bus or 30 min walking). Bus station is located in front of the building and buses are going in the center each 20 min. Nearby are several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.The area is ideal place for cycling, running along the promenade next to the sea.

The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline.
