Ο χωρος ειναι ιδανικος για ενα ζευγαρι .Ειναι ησυχος και ζεστος χωρος με ανετο μπαλκονι με θεα στη θαλασσα και στο βουνο.Εχει κουζινα για να ετοιμασετε καποιο γευμα η πρωινο.Το διαμερισμα ειναι 20 τετρ. μέτρ. και βρίσκεται στο συγκροτημα διαμερισματων Amaryllis House .Eιναι 5 χιλιομετρα απο το κεντρο της παργας και 1.5 χιλιομετρα απο την παραλια του Λιχνους και 2,5 χιλιομετρα απο την παραλια του Αι Γιαννακη.Ειμαστε απο το Αεροδρομιο της Πρεβεζας 55 χιλιομετρα και απο τον Αχεροντα μιση ωρα.

My home (80m2) is located in the heart of the Old Town of Corfu, about 300m from Liston and Spianada. It is a perfect basis for exploring the town and the island, situated in a neighborhood called Evraiki. Almost everything you will need like super market, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy e.t.c. is within a walking distance. A free municipal parking, a taxi station and bus stop are very close (60-100 m).
