Our Lake Cabin atop 8,524m² of land offers that magical sense of escape, yet has two major shopping centres, a host of quality amenities and public transport all within a few minutes’ drive. All in all, a private and very special peaceful resort living in a privileged lakeside locale.

Hinterland Barn, national park, cafés, restaurants

This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

Relax by the Bay Waterfront Ground Floor Flat

Ideally facing NE on Moreton Bay, this spacious, self-contained studio has high ceilings, marble floors, fully equipped kitchen, sea and island views with cooling summer breezes. Relax, walk, play golf, fish or use as a base and with separate entry you can come & go. The bayside walking path leads to the golf club (400 m) or pub, village shops & ferry (1 - 1.5 km). It's only 40 mins by car from the City, Airport, Gold Coast and hinterland rainforests. A discount applies for 7 day plus stays.

Just 10 minutes drive from world-class beaches, indulge in a secluded side of Straddie few get to experience.

Welcome to Kingfisher Lodge on Coochie. If you are after a place to unwind, relax and touch base with nature, this is the holiday destination for you. Coochie is approximately 35 kms from Brisbane CBD and 1 km off the mainland from Victoria Point. Access via the passenger ferry or vehicular barge, $70 return. Coochie boasts 4 kms of white sandy beaches, perfect for swimming, beach walking, kayaking, boating and fishing. The Lodge is located on the Main Beach side, a 200m stroll to the beach.

Yet we are on a fully cleared, quiet acreage block which boasts beautiful gardens and a dam which is a haven for all birdlife including our pet geese - a bird watchers paradise. As our guests you are invited to stroll through our extensive gardens and if you wish sit around a large firepit with wood supplied from our property.

With a stylish coastal interior, the unit offers a unique and comfortable open plan living space where you can sit back and relax and watch the ever changing colours of the bay, with a private well equipped kitchenette, bathroom, open plan living space and deck area.

Resthaven Beachside Stay - Lamb Island, Southern Morton Bay Do nothing but relax and enjoy the view, the birds, the sea, walks, swim, eat, drink, relax and unwind. Our club is close, and pubs, clubs and restaurants on nearby islands. Enjoy the sea (including kayaks) from our lawn at high tide, bicycles, and a spa-pool on request. The suite includes a queen bed (only), sea views, a kitchen, bathroom and an outside patio overlooking the bay. There is aircon. No cleaning fee.

Dugong Place - Absolute waterfront & private jetty

Dugong Place is a comfortable, unpretentious, three bedroom home, on beautiful Macleay Island. Located a five minute walk from the ferry & barge terminal. Includes private jetty, large deck with big views to Karragarra, Lamb & North Stradbroke Islands & complimentary kayaks (bring your own life jackets), for guest use. An ideal location for retreating, a romantic getaway, exploring the Southern Moreton Bay Isles, or aquatic activities. Dugong Place is genuinely enjoyable.

Original 1950s Beach/Fishing Cottage

This 1950s fishing cottage with the original boat slip attached is situated on the edge of Moreton Bay Marine Park. It has been brought back to life and tastefully renovated in keeping with the original design. This house is set up for a great get away, fishing, paddle boarding or kayaking holiday with the beach right out in front of the cottage. Access via a lock box will make your arrival easy. Once you arrive, this property will make you feel a million miles away.
