В доме везде антимаскитные сетки. 15 минут до моря пешком.В 5 минутах ходьбы вечерний рынок на территории храма, работает вторник и пятница с 16 00-21 00. Так же в 5 минутах ходьбы рестораны,бары, круглосуточные магазины. В магазине 7/11 можно купить симкарту. Дом находится рядом с дорогой, практически в конце улицы, поэтому движение транспорта не большое.
