Our stylish place to stay is perfect for couples or singles who would like to enjoy what the Kapiti Coast has to offer. The space is self contained on the ground floor of our house with your own private access. This boasts a recently refurbished comfortable space. Your own spacious living area, bedroom, bathroom and use of the ground floor garden. Take a short drive or walk to explore nearby restaurants, a Saturday market and the local beach. Unwind in comfort at our cozy Kapiti getaway.

This comfortable guest wing with ensuite is attached to our house in a quiet cul-de-sac. No shared spaces. The interior has been recently renovated and are pleased to present you with our new facilities. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities. A short walk to Paraparaumu College, Mazengarb Park and the Kapiti Gymnastics Centre. Southwards Car Museum, Kapiti Island Tours, Restaurants/Bars/Cafes and Coastlands Mall all within 5 minutes drive.

Charming self-contained upstairs suite, full of light, with lovely outlook on our beautiful seaside village. Five minutes walk to beach and Queen Elizabeth Park, a wonderful forest and dune environment great for walks, biking, picnics. Lively village centre 1.5 kms away, with a well stocked local shop, a fruit and veg shop, 3 cafes and a family friendly pub, railway station, regular music gigs and starting point for the famous Escarpment walk. It is an easy train or drive to Wellington.

Seven minutes walk from Otaki Beach. Relax and unwind on your own private deck off our newly built sunny garden guest suite. Our self-contained suite is situated away from the main house and is ideal for a couple, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We provide a comfy bed and optional cooked breakfast. As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

When was the last time you unplugged from the madness and dove into nature? No, really? Nestled into lush green forest an hour north of Wellington, Waitohu Lodge was built on the three Rs: relax, rejuvenate and revive. There’s 2ha of Jurassic-like forest where the only sound is native birds and the breeze rustling the 100-year-old trees, a brand new 6m x 3m swimming pool to cool off in, a private bush-walk and stream. A stylishly renovated one-bedroom apartment.

Observation Guest Suite

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Our Guest Suite is attached to our Main House, has its own entrance and is totally independent of our Main Home. Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave available, but no kitchen, (due to this fact it’s probably suitable to only short stays!), We are however, very close to numerous takeout places and superb restaurants. We are a two minute drive to the Beach or fifteen minute walk.

Our self contained guest suite is on a quiet street and not far from Raumati Beach shops (3 min's by car/10-15 min walk)...and you are spoilt for choice with cafes, bakery, restaurants, bars and a safe swimming beach. Enjoy your privacy and own space with a functional kitchenette with a microwave and bench top oven, best shower pressure ever, fast internet for business or just for leisure ...or just relax with a movie on Netflix.
