Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Peaceful beach house in Waikanae Beach

Located within a couple of minutes walk from beach, has 3 restaurant/bars all with indoor and outdoor seating, a 4 square, dairy and fish & chip shop, organic chocolate shop are also within 0.5km from the house. two major supermarkets are 4 km away. There are lovely walks up the river and around the lakes. train station is approx 4km giving access to wellington city. DVD player is no longer available Envirowaste is the bin for general rubbish, tub for glass yellow lid bin for recycling

A Waterside retreat - Waikanae Beach

A characterful and private bach overlooking Waimanu lagoon with views to the Tarurua Ranges inland. Just a short walk will take you to Waikanae's long sandy beach, the river estuary, cycle tracks and river walks. Accommodation includes a twin room downstairs next to the bathroom, queen bedroom on the mezzanine and another living space with a futon sofa bed. Outside seating areas front and back. Wake up to see ducks and swans on the water - a truly relaxing and secluded place to unwind.

Olde Beach Villa is a modern and spacious holiday home on New Zealand's Kapiti Coast in a brilliant location. It is a mere stroll across the road to the beach and a minutes walking to popular cafes, restaurants, convenience store, bakery and tennis courts. Our holiday home offers spacious open-plan living, ideal for entertaining, and comprises a large sitting-dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Out side there is a large wrap-round deck and BBQ area.

Holiday home (Bach) - Waikanae Beach

This is our Bach we have set up to enjoy with our family and friends. If you would like to use it for a weekend or short stays get in touch with us. (Free Wifi). It is a 2 minute walk to the beach. A bach is a small, often very modest holiday home or beach house. Baches are an iconic part of New Zealand history and culture, especially in the middle of the 20th century, where they symbolised the beach holiday lifestyle that was becoming more accessible.

Free wifi, cleaning and breakfast. My place is close to a beautiful, sandy and family beach. The house has a large three level deck with plenty of room for families and friends. It is a short walk to great local cafes/restaurants, a bakery and two well stocked dairies. Continental breakfast provisions provided for all guests. Linen, towels and beach towels provided free of charge. Our cleaner sorts the house after the stay and changes all the beds.

Raumati studio unit

Less than 500 metres to the beach and Raumati village, the studio unit fits 2 people comfortably but can sleep up to 3. A five minute stroll to several cafes and eatery's. Fully self contained with small bathroom and kitchenette. Approximately 40 minutes to Wellington city. You will be welcomed by our friendly and enthusiastic puppy who lives in the contained back yard of our place.
