Welcome to the country! This cozy 400 square foot cottage is perfect for those seeking a peaceful stay in the solitude of the countryside. The space features two rooms: The kitchen/living area features an oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig (coffee and tea available), TV, and a pull out sofa. The bedroom features a queen bed, a full bath, and a small closet with washer and dryer. Wifi is available, but we recommend ditching the smart phone for the stars and the sunrise.

Our private studio apartment is nestled in the trees at the back of our property and centrally located in a perfect location in the heart of College Hill in Wichita. It is within walking distance (just a few blocks) from the College Hill Park, swimming pool and amazing restaurants and bars. Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.

The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate one additional guest. Pack-n-play available upon request. Please note: the bed and ceiling above it are low to the ground. Persons with mobility issues might prefer another property. The location is in our backyard.

Bunkhouse on the Water

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. Lavendel Cottage is a cute and cozy, newly remodeled little place on the very north end of Lindsborg, Kansas! With easy access to downtown, Bethany College and Coronado Heights, guests can access all the best that Little Sweden, USA has to offer in a clean, safe, non-smoking environment on an acre that makes you feel like you're in the country, though you are actually in town.

This guesthouse is located 10 miles west of McPherson. It is peaceful and family friendly. It is located 2 miles from public hunting and wetlands. We have a lot of animals on our farm that are friendly and love to get attention from guests.
