Villa is fully equipped, divided in 2 parts in total with 4 double bedrooms & all en suit bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry rooms, wifi, air con, parking places & floor heating. Suha Punta is one of the nicest areas on Rab, with plenty of beautiful bays.

The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

Naša obiteljska kuća nalazi se na samoj pješčanoj plaži, pogled soba, apartmana i restorana je čaroban, predivan pogled na more, barke i uvale. Sobe nude privatan balkon, klimu, mini bar, tv, besplatni bežični internet. U našem obiteljskom restoranu nudimo domaća jela, svježe ulovljenu ribu koju lovimo svakoga dana obiteljskim ribarskim brodom. Apartman je s predivnim pogledom na more, privatnim balkonom.
