A Perfect cottage if you enjoy being on the beach. We rent our Cottage weekly. The cottage is situated on the beach of Manistee Lake. You will have unobstructed views of the lake from inside your cottage. Watch the breath taking sunsets from inside your cottage, on the patio, on the beach, or on your dock. Bring your water toys and attach them to your dock. The cottage is perfect for your summer vacation. Play in the water during the day and enjoy a nice glass of wine by the fire at night.

Rustic cottage on scenic lake

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Accommodates 4 adults and 6 children. This spacious, 4 bedroom, 2 bath is a classic up north log cabin surrounded by 32 acres on a private no-wake lake. Within 1 mile in either direction there are wake lakes with boat launches for more adventurous activities. ORV trailhead is located 0.5 miles from the cottage. Traverse City, Boyne City, and Charlevioux are within 40 minutes away. Grayling and Gaylord 20 minutes away.

Grab your fishing poles or use some of ours and make some memories. Some of the best fishing in the state with a shared floating private dock. Less than 30 mins from Traverse city, Torch Lake, or gambling at Turtle creek just to name a few. Summertime in Northern Michigan is like no other. Come see the best color tours in the country or sit around the bonfire sipping on some of the best wines in Michigan. Our home doesn't have a private beach, but we are close to so many.

Lazy on the Lake

Come up north and enjoy the peaceful, laid back feel of country living.  Wake up early and go down to the dock, enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake. Traverse City is 20 minutes away where you have the national cherry festival, fine dining, casinos, and world class winery's with beautiful views of the bay. Orv trails abound, and in the winter, this year round cabin is in the heart of the snow belt with some of the best snowmobiling in the lower peninsula.

Private lake and ORV trails

Gorgeous and private setting on Squaw Lake (a private lake) that offers peace and tranquility as soon as you pull in the driveway. Fishing, swimming, and kayaking is right out the backdoor. ORV trails are right at the end of the driveway for your ATV's or snowmobiles. Home has plenty of space for family and friends and lake views from almost every room. The 1.5 acre yard is just waiting for all your toys and outdoor activities. So much to offer for every season!
