Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καλύτερη περιοχή της πόλης , την Καλαμάρια( Αρετσού ). Είναι διαμπερές και ηλιόλουστο, στον τρίτο όροφο , ανακαινισμένο και σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Είναι 62τ.μ. και είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, για ένα άτομο , για οικογένειες και φιλικό προς τα κατοικίδια. Η πολυκατοικία είναι μικρή και εγώ διαμένω δύο ορόφους πιο πάνω για ό,τι χρειαστείτε.
