Das Haus liegt einzigartig auf einem Hügel mit 5000 qm Land und bietet Weitblick in alle Richtungen, aufs Meer, Gebirge und Täler. Der 20 Jahre alte Garten mit Palmen, Kakteen, Oleander und Oliven ist großzügig angelegt. Das ca. 80 qm große Haus ist traditioneller Steinbau, komplett renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Der Salzwasser-Pool (8 x 3,5 m) kann beheizt werden. Zum Dorf Kamilari (Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants) fährst Du 5 , zum Kommos Beach 10 Minuten und zum Flughafen Heraklion 1 h.

The little Pearl ist ein kleines, traditionelles, Steinhaus, das für maximal zwei Personen ausgerichtet ist. Es verfügt über eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Psiloritis, einen romantischen Hofgarten, in dem Sie ungestört Ihre Privatsphäre genießen können, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche.
