Bereich: 220m vom nächsten Strand 400m zum Supermarkt (Konzum) 500 m vom Stadtzentrum, Restaurants usw. 64 km nach Plitvice Nationalpark 41 km zum Nationalpark Velebit Über dem Haus: Das Haus wurde vor 70 Jahren von unserem Großvater/Vater gebaut. Es war eines der ersten Häuser in dieser Gegend von Senj, es gab keine Straßen oder Straßenlaternen. Heutzutage hat sich alles verändert, es gibt viele Häuser, Straßen, Straßenlaternen und es ist ein sehr beliebtes Viertel zum Leben. Unsere Großeltern wohnen nicht mehr im Haus. Unsere 103-jährige Oma lebt noch, sie kann hier einfach nicht mehr alleine leben. Wir wollten das schöne Einfamilienhaus behalten und haben das Haus renoviert und in 2 Wohnungen umgebaut.
