Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

My place is close to restaurants and dining,family-friendly activities, the beach, nightlife, public transport. Beaches, restaurants, bank, post office ... are 200 meters away. The apartment is in a private house. There is a large private parking that does not charge. Apartment is newly decorated. It's a quiet part of town. Apartments is good for families with children because the yard in front of the apartment is not directly on the street. The apartments has 4 stars, has no sea view.

Apartment with beautiful garden right next to Santa Lucia offers nice and peaceful vacation. Main beach and center of Baška is about 3 min by car (20 min by foot). Possibility of using barbecue and private parking , and also supermarket, gas station, restaurants and children's playground is in near vicinity. Apartment is close to hiking trails, trails for morning walks through the woods to Baška and path to the shrine of Our Lady of Gorička where is beautiful view of Baška and Velebit.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.
