The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with plush linens, and a sliding glass door leading directly to the river. The living area has a comfortable leather sofa and large television. The kitchen is equipped with a large stainless steel refrigerator, microwave/airfryer, Keurig coffee machine, and all of the essentials.

Tucked amongst the trees, 8 miles west of Grants Pass, this charming studio feels like stepping into a quiet fairytale—birdsong and fresh air welcome you in. Perfect for road trippers or exploring the Redwoods, the studio features a spacious deck overlooking a seasonal pond with a stone bridge straight out of a fairytale. Immerse yourself in nature as you enjoy a magical forest getaway nestled in the beautiful Cascade mountains! This is a perfect stop off of I-5 during a road trip, or to enjoy a peaceful woodland getaway. Accommodations include a private bedroom, bathroom, and deck with a separate entrance from the main house, overlooking our creek. Our property has multiple sets of steps, and uneven, rocky terrain, so the property is not suitable for individuals with any mobility issues or young children.

Charming Cottage, Walk To Downtown!

Newly remodeled 1910 cottage a few short blocks away from historic downtown! 1 bedroom and 1 loft both featuring brand new queen beds.The cottage is only two miles off of I-5 and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops downtown has to offer. The living room features a 60in HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a keurig and many other commodities . The Outdoor area includes a grill, picnic table as well as a fire pit. No pets.

Cozy Detached Guest Quarters

Guest room is detached from main house and has half bath with shower. Wet bar has microwave, small fridge and place settings for two. Short drive to hiking/mt bike trails in Cathedral Hills; close to Applegate vineyards and to downtown restaurants! We are an active family who enjoy our yard and open our home to meet new friends. If you are looking for complete perfection and no interaction we might not be your place! Otherwise we can’t wait to meet you! We are pet friendly with a $10 fee.

This wonderfully inviting home wants to welcome you and your family to relax, unwind, and enjoy each other’s company! You will have space to roam surrounded by nature and a piece of the beautiful Rogue Valley. This property is wooded with its own miniature nature trail along Alder Creek so you enjoy early morning walks with the song birds. * A side note about the area; it is prone to possible power outages when it is very Hot and or windy due to wildfire possibility.

Hot tub is back up and running.. Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in.
