Our guesthouse is ready to host the most discerning traveler. You will appreciate the clean private guesthouse that is located on a quiet neighborhood street in a newer central subdivision that is close to all that SW Missouri has to offer. Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

Offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. The laundry room is in the basement. This house is perfect for a one night stay, one month or longer. Coffee shops and restaurants are just down the road. Immaculate home on one of Joplin's most beautiful landmark streets, well kept homes in every direction of this brand newly renovated home! Style & comfort were top of mind. USB/plugins by every bed, dimmable & remote controlled fans in each bedroom add to your convenience. High end sheets & cooling mattress pads for a great nights sleep. The fireplace can crackle & burn with or without heat, so you can feel cozy even when it's hot out. The kitchen is perfection & well stocked with all you need.

The Courtyard Suite with a POOL, pets stay FREE!!!

The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

Peoria Hills/Cabin/Route66 /casinos/lodging

The log cabin is located in the hills of Peoria, OK. on twenty plus acres of land. Amenities include Wi-Fi, small bathroom with shower only, TV, sleeping arrangements are a queen bed, a sofa bed, and an air mattress upon request . Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. With a small pond close by Deer, fox, skunks, raccoons and coyotes are roaming the woods so please pay attention to small animals and children when outdoors

Conveniently located near both hospitals, KCU Medical School, and many attractions. Wifi and a Roku tv in the living with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney + will give you plenty to watch! A full kitchen, washer, and dryer will make your stay very comfortable.

It's close to the hospitals, the I-44 exit, and restaurants. It is small - probably ideal for no more than two people - but incredibly cozy and the decorations are well-appointed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

The Black Dog Lodge is located in SE Joplin with easy access to highways, hospitals, MSSU, and Range Line Road shopping and restaurants. This pet friendly home is all set for your furry friend, and you as well! There is plenty of room to set up a board game, relax on the sofa and watch your favorite shows, or just enjoy the quite neighborhood with a nice pond view.
