Bring your boat or rent one from nearby marinas. Bring your beach chairs and hang out by the water. Watch the sunset from the front porch while sitting in a rocking chair. Gas & Charcoal BBQ's are available for your use, with plenty of seating for dinning. Bring your ATV/OHV/Bicycle to ride on dirt trails 20 minute drive to Doe Mountain Tn.

Enjoy your stay at our lakeview tiny house retreat. With access to a dock for fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking your itch for water adventure will be thoroughly scratched! When you’re done with water fun come up and lounge by the fire pit, play some horseshoes, cornhole, or just Netflix and chill. The tiny house features a full kitchen and bathroom. Remodeled farmhouse across the street from scenic Watauga Lake. The main house features a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, fully equipped kitchen and large bath with tub. There is a 3 person hot tub in an enclosed patio. From the patio, there is a set of stairs that takes you to the one bedroom "tiny house" with queen bed, tv and desk, a party hut with garage door that opens to the deck and upper patio. Party hut features a 70 inch tv, 1 bedroom with bath and kitchen.
