You have your own entrance and safe parking on the property. It is close to all main Johannesburg arteries, within easy reach of shopping centers, and the Sandton CBD is 6,5km away.

Quiet Garden Studio close to Rosebank

Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

Within walking distance of shops and local restaurants/takeaways.

There is a lovely private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing or working. We have solar backup and water tanks so generally have no load shedding or water issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway!

Bedroom 2, which is connected to the main bedroom, has two single beds, perfect for extra friends or family.
