Recently renovated with upgraded finishes and built for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi and Netflix are included. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. Our building is secured and we offered a gated parking lot for extra security. Short driving distance to all major amenities and shopping centres.

Located in Oriole Park, nothing is too far away. Easy access to anything in Red Deer via the main roads with restaurants, stores, the highway and the college only minutes away. Parking along the front of the house is free and you are more than welcome to use the backyard. Two larger dogs live upstairs and use the backyard but do not go downstairs to the unit. The washer/dryer are free of charge and the kitchenette has everything except for a dishwasher.

You will have access to a washer and dryer which is outside the suite door and shared with other Airbnb guests.
