Nice flat only 10 minutes walk from local Sibenik beach Banj or 100 m to the boat that can take you a cross to Jadrija. Ferry for Islands Prvic, Zlarin, Žirje is also just 5 minutes walk away.

My apartment has two beds who also can be put together in a king bed. It has a PRIVATE terrace used only by You where you can sit and relax. It is the very centre but it is very quiet and peacefull. It is located in the house where also I live :) We do not offer parking. Cheapest parking cca 900 m on the beach Banj.

The room has a balcony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. Free parking and free boat mooring is available per request. Pets are welcome - no extra charges applicable. Our loft was created to enjoy. We pay attention to every detail and most of them are unique and tailor-made. The loft has an exit to the huge private terrace with lots of greenery and fantastic view. This condo has two quality AC , one is in living area and the other in the bedroom. You will feel like you are far from the city crowd., but you are just a few steps away from the heart of the city.
