I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Mein Künstlerstudio liegt im Szeneviertel Berlins im Prenzlauer Berg in der 1. Etage mit einem Balkon und großen französischen Fenstern zum ruhigen, sehr hellen Hof. Das Studio ist ein separater Teil meiner Wohnung mit einem eigenen Zugfang. Der Blick zeigt auf eine alte, sehr schön sanierte Fabrik mit Lofts und Studios. Mein Studio ist sehr geräumig mit 40 Quadratmetern, hat ein Doppelbett, eine Miniküche mit allen Dingen zum Kochen und Wohlfühlen. Das Apartment besitzt einen hellen Flur und ein Luxusbad mit Dusche und Badewanne und Fußbodenheizung. Das Studio ist circa 50 Qudartmeter groß und ist mit vielen persönlichen Dingen geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Mix aus modern und antik. Ihr habt ein schnelles Internet. Die Gegend ist sehr beliebt, Ihr habt 2 min. entfernt einen großen supermarkt, der bis 24.00 Uhr geöffnet hat. In der unmittelbaren Gegend findet ihr viele kleine, besonders schöne Cafés, internationale Restaurants, Boutiquen, feine Trödlerläden, Galerien und Märkte. Vor dem Haus stehen Fahrräder zum ausleihen, um die Stadt auf gut ausgebauten Radwegen zu erkunden.10 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen großen Park zum spazieren oder joggen.15 Minuten entfernt findet ihr den berühmten Mauerpark mit vielen Attraktionen, am Wochenende den begehrten Trödelmarkt. Meine Strasse liegt ruhig genau zwischen 2 großen Strassen mit phantastischen Verkehrsanbindungen nach Flughafen Tegel mit der Tram M2 von der Prenzlauer Allee nur 3 Stationen zum zentralen Alexanderplatz und dann mit dem TXL Bus direkt zum Flughafen 30min. Oder zum Flughafen Schönefeld mit der Tram4 auch nur 3 Stationen zur Greifswalder Strasse und dann mit der S-Bahn direkt 20 min. zum Flughafen. Die Tram M10 fährt von mir 5 min. entfernt Fußweg (Danziger Strasse) 24 Stunden lang durch alle Szenebezirke wie Mitte, Wedding, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg. Auch bis zur berühmten east side gallery. Ganz in der Nähe zum Laufen 10min. gibt es die berühmte shopping Meile Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee. Hier leben sehr viele junge Menschen aus der ganzen Welt. Ihr werdet Euch ganz sicher in meinem Apartment sehr wohl fühlen.
