A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Close to metro (subway) station. 20 minutes to the center of Prague. The house has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Sleeping are is on the upper level of the house.
