Located at the highest point in Yates County, up on Italy Hill, and in the heart of New York's Finger Lakes, this cabin is nestled among 22 private acres of serene forest, bordering state land & the Finger Lakes Hiking Trail. Enjoy your private 1-acre spring-fed pond, stocked with smallmouth, carp, perch, and bluegill. Enjoy the outdoor 7-person hot tub and fire pit to finish your day.

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

It offers serenity in the Finger Lakes Region. Easy access to countless wineries, breweries and distilleries. The cabin is where memories are forged, belly laughs are had, and adventures await. Overlooking a 3/4-acre pond, this 550 sq ft lower-level studio has a private patio, 2 entrances, full bath, queen bed and newly installed kitchen (after 3/15/24). TV has access to Netflix, Disney plus, Prime Video, and other Roku channels (no cable). Wi-Fi is continuous with listing and space has private access to heat/AC controls. Entrance is via keypad lock. Wren's Nest on the Keuka Bluff

Keuka lake is one of the beautiful finger lakes. A crystal clear, cold water glacier lake. 21 miles long, and in some places 185 feet deep. Beautiful views and many excellent wineries surround the lake. Excellent water sports, boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and hiking. Excellent restaurants surround the shoreline. Much fun for all! All seasons are beautiful. Even winter, the warm, new house, surrounded by bare trees and maybe some snow is a very kool place to enjoy life!

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.

This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.

Once a child's playhouse, the large cottage sits on 5 acres and overlooks the Glenora cliffs, the cottage is ready to welcome you for years to come. Historic but updated with the creature comforts you desire. The entire estate is a restoration in progress. We will always notify guests if any work on the main house, well in advance.
