The property is perfect for small groups of friends and family who enjoy peaceful country life. The house sleeps 5 people and is dog-friendly.

Milford Township is your host sharing a preserved open space experience to a broader public. This new listing is priced low as we learn how to be super-hosts. On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. This river leads to the Delaware Bay/ Atlantic Ocean. Situated on the site of the Prestigious Sora Gun Club, this historic 4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Baths light-filled home with magnificent great room has classical details and distinctive appointments. One of the 4 bedrooms and the 1/2 bath is in the 2 story guest house.

Very quiet neighborhood, access to county park on river bay at end of street. 1st floor completely renovated, balcony w/ lounge chairs. 4 rooms with beds, sleeping 8 people, one office room with couch, 3 full baths, unheated sun room with futon bed (additional bed sheets provided upon request, sleeps two more people).
