Close to Jericho beach garden level open space.

Located between Kistilano beach and Jericho beach. This 950 sqft open suite will allow you to enjoy your stay in Vancouver. There is hardwood flooring in all of the suite but the bathroom, which features Italian tiles. Beams are apparent. There is wireless internet, washer/dryer, small fridge and microwave. The unit is the entire bottom floor of the house and we live above. The unit is at ground level (but not a basement, there are windows and direct entry and a nice outdoor patio, excellent lighting, does not feel claustrophobic) with the caveat that part of the ceiling in low - if you are exceptionally tall, it probably won't be the right place for you. There are several restaurants within 2 blocks: Aphrodite’s Organic Cafe and Pie Shop, La Quercia (upscale Italian restaurant). Wonderful in summertime to admire the beautiful pink sunsets, is the Galley, a 15 minutes walk along Jericho Beach. There are also several Japanese, indian, chinese restaurants and many cafes in the vicinity. Become a Vancouverite and walk your cafe to the beach, any time of the day! Kitsilano is a popular neighbourhood, with centenarian houses and leafy streets. From your suite, you can walk to several beaches (Jericho, Locarno, Spanish Banks, Kitsilano), the kits outdoor pool (one lap is 137-meter long!), the Jericho Sailing Club (paddle boards available for rent at Ecomarine). Hop in the bus or take your car to visit the UBC campus, the Museum of Anthropology (MOA), the Art Gallery, Stanley Park and the Vancouver Aquarium, the amazing downtown Vancouver Public Library, Robson street stores, the seawall, Yaletown... Let's not forget Wreck Beach, the swim-suit optional beach west to UBC! Buses are 2 blocks away, allowing an easy access to the Vancouver airport, UBC, downtown. The house is minutes away from the UBC campus and downtown, in a very quiet and charming neighbourhood. Bright & sunny downstairs 2 bedroom suite forms part of a 1912 heritage home in KITSILANO/POINT GREY. Updated in 2018 but still retaining quirky features such as wooden floors upstairs & window frames in the suite . Situated 3 blocks from beach & 1 block from 4th Ave. Friendly area, close to UBC & downtown. Home is divided into 3 levels. I live on main level with long term tenants on upper floor. Free parking on street or 1 car at back. Close to bus routes. Best location for visiting Vancouver.

Perfect Location! Near beach, Parking & quiet private suite and small garden. Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

Our place is at UBC and close to the airport, parks, arts and culture venues, and great views. Private garden entry. A great place for those coming to UBC for a conference or meeting. If you enjoy running or walks in a park environment and taking advantage of great local cafes and bistros you will love this small suite. Our place is small, quiet & cozy: perfect for visiting UBC. Most comfortable for a studious couple or a single adult-not set up for cocooning (BC gov't STR #H497087611).

Our lovely craftsman home is located five minutes drive from the beach, UBC, and a five minute walk to forest trails in Pacific Spirit Park. Walk to a wide range of good restaurants and other amenities. Self contained private studio guest suite has garden level private entrance, queen size very comfy bed, cable tv, sitting, lounging area.
