The modern kitchen boasts a gas range, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and essential appliances. Breakfast items are stocked as well. Three TVs with YouTube TV, Prime TV, and Netflix provided by the Host. Bedrooms have a new queen bed and a sofa in the living room for a maximum of 5 guests plus a pack and play for little ones. Enjoy a furnished deck, fire pit.

Brookside Cottage has survived the trend of smaller homes being demolished to make room for those that are newer and larger. Now, renovated, it will begin a new life as a short term rental. Brookside Cottage has a welcoming front porch with space for relaxing or dining. In the spring and summer you will find roses in the garden along with oak leaf hydrangeas. Visitors have been known to see a hawk soaring. You may also see eagles or pelicans along the Arkansas river.
